Along with my long time friend Tom Waggoner, we hiked Mt. Tule and the Groan and Gasp benchmarks on the western side of the Carrizo Gorge. An extremely windy yet rewarding hike that we managed to squeeze in just before the area was pounded with heavy rain. Trip report
